& once that choice is made you’ll take the tip of the objects that’s located in the package and insert them in the candle 1 every hour. Until all of them are inserted. Now…. It’s important to SPEAK out loud WHO & WHAT you want to happen. Each hour your inserting the “objects” 

after you insert the last object , let the candle sit over night on the ground/ floor. The next NIGHT , NOT DAY! Burn the candle . 

hold onto the objects you stuck in the candles. & don’t dispose until you bear witness !
